Hi, in order be able to install acf preloads from retail disks, i need some information.
here is a new sisInstall. the getManifest option will now save the manifest file, but also the supposed decryption key.

could someone who own sleeping dogs (as i retrieved the retail dvd) please get thoses files for those manifests :

there should be an "unkown message" error and 2 or 3 warnings at the begining, those are normal.
if those can't be downloaded anymore, then please pm me, i'll send a a special version that may allow me to see why .

I am facing these errors when I try to get SKU.SIS info and getManifest.

Update sisInstall. Maybe that will fix it.

try to update the cdr.
the login error 63 means u need to send a sentry file cause u enabled steamguard. sisInstall doesn't support it unfortunatly

So it gives an HTTP error 500 when it tries to download the manifest. this may mean that the url is invalid .... but i don't know the real one for preloads

can you anyway get the latest manifest versions with this tool ? so it will retrieve the keys and allow me to try to decrypt the content.
i may had an option to use another manifest version than the original one.

I can get the manifest files since the release date even the outdated ones, just not the retail manifests.
However I was able to get the retail manifests for darksiders 2.
here's the latest sleeping dogs manifests: download/file.php?id=12082

Disable SteamGuard, Update the CDR, Try to get Info, not working. still same error.

Try to get manifest, this time login but giving error. Seems I have to mention correct <appID> <cfID> <cfVersion>.

I put manifests files in steam\depotcache folder. Try to extract CSD but it require path of manifest files with different manifest numbers. What to do?

I have suggestion, can you combine features of SKU.SIS info and GetManifests files in "Phoenix"? May be by this way we can do it easily.

I was hopping the depotkeys that are created with this new sisInstall are in the archive anyway to get them ?
ok seems i'll have to download darksiders 2 then as the sleeping dogs manifests can't be retrieved.
are u able to get the depot keys ?
is there anychance someone still have the encrypted (preload) appinfo cache ?
is there any iso available somewhere ?

released ! i haven't tested with sleeping dogs as i haven't the decryption keys. also the .sis should be modified in order to use new manifests.
it will surely result in some files being invalid so an update will be required (use TINcft)
