The executive producer of House has insisted that the team behind the show have not discussed a relationship between Thirteen and Chase.

Katie Jacobs admitted that Chase (Jesse Spencer) and Thirteen (Olivia Wilde) have spent more time together recently but explained that there are currently no plans for them to begin a romance.

"It's so cool that people are saying that," Jacobs told Entertainment Weekly. "Chase and Thirteen have had an opportunity to do more scenes together alone than they have before, [but] if there's something between them, [the fans] are out in front of it."

She added that Spencer and Wilde have a "certain chemistry", saying: "We like their work together. But we haven't discussed whether that's something we're going to [do] next season."

Jacobs also hinted that Jennifer Morrison may reprise her role as Chase's ex-girlfriend Cameron in a few episodes.

"The space that Cameron occupies in House's world is completely unique, and it's one that I hope to see more of," she explained.

House continues Mondays at 9/8c on Fox in the US and Sundays at 10pm on Sky1 in the UK.
