Основные изменения: время старта 21.00, изменен стандартный набор с которым начинаете игру, возможность включения вида от третьего лица, новый загрузочный экран, новая карта ПДА, полупрозрачный инвентарь, переработан HUD, добавлен спальный мешок (падение при истощении), переработано поведение монстров и сталкеров (многие монстры теперь охотятся друг на друга), зомби охотятся на все и вся, исправлено несколько ошибок с тайниками и другими мелкими недочетами игры, артефакт оазис имеет другие свойства, а также переработка свойств других артов, сильные и смертоносные аномалии, улучшение графики окружающей среды, костюмов и оружия, новые иконки инвентаризации, AtmosFear v2.1 + исправления (расположено в папке дополнительно), два комплекта ножей, переработаны характеристики оружия на более реалистичные, новые анимации, новые звуки, реальные названия стволов, переработано взымание платы за ремонт и скидки, сложнее раздобыть патроны и питание, вам платят меньше, торгаши не покупают стволы в плохом состоянии, никаких подарков в тайниках после выполнения определенных квестов, больше крови, никаких значков рядом упавшей гранаты, нет сообщений о выбросе, русский и английский диалоги ( в папке дополнительно читать текстовой документ).
