I'm not really sure if he plays like his Genesis/Arcade counterparts. I just feel making him for the hell of it as I was bored and needed something to do. Also I'm just beginning to learn how to make characters for Mugen.

His site header had "glassgow" in it and it was a Geocities Playtown site. Sarah was released a day before his site vanished. A few screenshots made it to MGBR years ago... Well, I played with the character last night. Here are some of the flaws.-Walk speed is messed up. Looks as if he is quickly scooting around everywhere. Same goes for the backwards walk as well.-Character is too short compared to other characters (half the size of Kung Fu Man)-6 buttons, 3 of them performing the same attacks. Even when I punch in the air, I perform a kick.-Character will randomly change palettes when he jumps. Matter of fact, your character doesn't have a set palette.Overall, I was sorely disappointed that your character did not play anything like Virtua Fighter. It seems like you want Akira to play like a Street Fighter character, but I want to hear it from the horses mouth. What kind of gameplay mechanic are you going for?
Well, I didn't say it will play like his counterparts, as I've stated above I've only made it for the sole purpose of learning how to make characters.If I were a better creater I would make him play better. Please take a look at the readme one more time, if you wish to make updates or adjustments, feel free to do so for I made this for everyone.
Only problem I have is that it plays a little too much like Virtua Fighter. That floaty jump is just a pain in the ass. Nothing I can't fix myself, though. It's okay for a beta AND a first attempt. Probably did better than I will.
I could rip Akiras voices from the arcade version, so you can use them for your character in future updates if you'd like?

He doesn't play like VF at all. He has also some missing sprites when got grabbed or throw away.He's alright, i'll better wait for a update for Akira.
