- [b64]Combo: there has to be interest from clans for it. 2 years ago I had troubles finding 8 clans.
- [b64]Combo: it requires a lot of activity and I also doubt I even know 8 present samp clans, let alone 16
- Michael: i'm sure there are at least 16 clans willing to compete
- Michael: plus when they hear that b64 member is organizing they will run to sign up like last time
