Kristen Stewart just added a Manhattan loft to her real-estate portfolio, which already includes three homes in the Los Angeles area. She purchased the three-bedroom, two-bathroom NoHo home for $5.64 million. The apartment is inside a restored mid-19th-century cast-iron building on a cobblestone street, which has been a designated New York City landmark since 1979 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The 3,000-square-foot space is characterized by worn hardwood floors, brick accents, and 12-foot ceilings.

The main space is an open-plan 60-foot-long room, where a living and dining area can be set up. There’s a nonworking fireplace along the wall, with seven huge windows welcoming natural light into the space. The kitchen sits at the back of the room, with tiled flooring and an island that seats four. The three bedrooms are separated from the main space, dotted with a total of 13 additional windows and shooting off from a second living room in the back of the apartment. There is also a separate elevator room that can also serve as a safe room.

Although the space does have a unique charm to it, the Chanel spokesperson may need to make some renovations to update the space.

Kristen Stewart's new NoHo apartment has tons of potential.
