My attempt to translate:
Obv. (here at right): βγy prn (owner of divine grace). The word γwβ (ruler) is omitted.
Rev. (here at left): γwβ tδwn (ruler tudun (his title)) in two first lines. The 3d line at bottom and left is knwn βγ’nwt ((keeper) of divine law).

Grace here I used as a translation of Soghdian prn, which usually is translated as glory, but means some immaterial power of ruler, closer to Christian "grace" or to Islam "baraka".
