Not sure about the Blitz marking. I do know that your next image shows a variant of the Hamburg Water Carrier (Hamburger Wasserträger), thanks to augustdieter.
I also believe the symbol on the left fender is from a Flak unit. Here's what I've found in my folders...the character of the Hamburg water carrier was used by various
units of the Army and Air Force. The units did not have
Connection to each other the connection was the City of Hamburg.

Hi Luftflotte,
Thanks very much for your very interesting and informative reply and link. Apparently the Wasserträger caricature was based on a real person: https://www.colon.de/en/hamburg/good-to ... mburg.html

“Hummel, Hummel”- “Mors, Mors”: This Hamburg greeting is often used as a synonym for Hamburg or it’s citizens. It refers to a traditional Hamburg story: In the 19th century, saucy children often greeted a water carrier, Johann Wilhelm Bentz, with the nickname, “Hans Hummel.” Since he was carrying a heavy load he couldn’t catch the rascals so he simply replied, “mors, mors,” which is a Plattdeutsch abbreviation for “Klei mi am Mors,” which means scratch my butt.
Cheers,
Max

Very good detective work, Max!
This talk reminded me another good picture of a field kitchen trucks, ex-civilian ones pressed into service and all of them still with civilian Hamburg number plates, of course:
BTW, more on this legendary Hamburg person you can read here in German:

Hi,
the picture contains more information. The Fieldkitchen belongs to a Sanitätskompanie of the 20th Inf.Div.(mot.)
The Link to the "Wasserträger" is the home Garrison of the 20th Inf.Div.(mot.) Hamburg.
The caption of the truck is in native dialect called "Plattdeutsch"
