I guess, that your left side actually pretends a reverse, and, if so, should be turn 90 degrees clock-wise. Than, you will see word 'darb' above the line, and the begining of 'Bagche' below it. Right, obverse side is more difficult - I suppose it should be turned upside down, but not obviously.

First,it seems to be copying Selaymet II b.Hajj Selim, not Arslan. Then, I don't like the style at all. And finally, do you have any reliable infomation about the find place?
