    DD1200 Arrow Titanium pipes !!

Here they are. AF1 got them and put them on my bike.

Had before and after dynos run and with and without baffles (the bike runs best w/o the baffles). Not much time to post, but the bottom line is they allow 123-125 RWHP peak on the 1200, and they usually are up about 3 hp and a little more torque thruout the power curve. However the ECU runs lean just about everywhere, but especially from 6000-7500RPM, where a stock bike EXCEEDS the Arrows. The pipes really enliven the beast from a standing start to 6000RPM over stock, you can positively feel the difference in the butt dyno.
Need to be able to tune the ECU and apparently AF1 is close to that becoming a reality.

As Ed said; they came in at 8.5 lbs weight saving.......howeverif the baffles are removed, thanks Ed,you lose an extra pound for a savings of 9.5 lbs ! And again, the bike runs best with the baffles removed and sounds much better, deep-rumbling, like a big inch v-twin should. Not obnoxious like a straight pipe Harley. (Disclaimer: I have a fairly loud Harley)

I'll get the dyno up sometime soon, unless maybe Ed can post them and comment on the comparisons, strengths and weaknesses (map).
With the baffles out, it topped at 107.4 HP on the AF1 dyno, which Ed said reads 15-17% low when compared to DynoJet readings. That would be then
123.5 to 125.6 peak RWHP. That peak came at about 9,000RPM and only backed off a little by 9,500RPM.

All of the posted pics so far are with the baffles in. Took videos in the dyno room with a little digicam, but the intense wind and engine noise overwhelmed the camera microphone. The sound is positively impressive however.

Looks really good Centerline, cant wait to see the dyno graph and see whats what with the power. If it truely is making 123 hp that would be a solid 8 hp jump from what Mo.com reported. Let us know how you manage with the ecu tune.

OH SNAP! you mean there is a map available just for the arrows from aprilia? How convenient for Centerline, he must get back in and get the map, we need to see the difference! I still want to see the dyno results with just the arrows vs stock. just to see the 8hp gain would be great. I guess since aprilia is affiliated wth arrow thats why the map is available. Wonder how good it would work with a set of Akra's, assuming they ever come out.

yep, just got released today....sucks it was released 2 days too late.

I told Centerline I'd load it for free if he wants to ride back down here, and I'll do another run.

Thanks Ed! How about that, 2 days too late for the install....... but.....
I rode on over to RPM Cycles near Dallas and they installed the ARROW map!
OMG !!!! I think Aprilia has the map nailed! The on to off throttle transition is not so abrupt, so it is much easier letting off some power in say a mid tight corner for a decreasing radius turn or whatever. The engine runs way way smoother at partial throttle steady state.
It positively kicks butt at launch over stock. There is no letoff of thrust in the seat-of-the-pants (butt dyno) at the 6,000 to 7500RPM range that the engine was exhibiting with the Arrows prior to the new map!!!! YAHOOOOOO

Am off for a family vacation tomorrow to the mountains of Colorado and am trailering the 1200 with us. I know, it's tough, but, well, somebody has to do it.
Anywho, will see about getting it back to AF1 for another dyno run in a month or so. I believe we will see a night-day difference in the data on the dyno.

Well thats good news, glad you got the map Centerline and glad it made such an improvement, Im jealous! Ed, you guys should put the Arrow slip-ons/new map on your demo and dyno it for all to see!! Couldnt hurt, might even sell a few more slip-ons that way, showing how much there is to be gained. If not, do you have the dyno of Centerlines bike before/after his install?

He's got the dyno and gave the date to me. Don't think I have the time (packing for trip) to put the date and dyno up.
As for AF1 putting Arrows on their demo....Ed told me as far as he knows, he put the only DD1200 Arrows in the U.S. on my bike the other day.
