Canon 70-300mm IS lens with the IS enabled versus a Sigma DG 70-300mm lens with no IS.
Shot hand-held.
I used a Fader ND and the exposure was matched using the meter on the Canon T2i. I focused on my mailbox with both lenses.
The noise is because I had the ISO set to 1600 without realizing it. The shutterspeed was 60 and I shot it at 30 fps.
Personally I like the "look" from the Sigma lens better, but when shooting video I find the Image Stabilizer in the Canon to be invaluable.
What you are not seeing because of the Vimeo conversion is there is a LOT of Jello on the Sigma side.
