Earlier this type was attributed to mint Ordu Mu'azzam without date:

Date 779 AH given as "abjad" chronogram would be interesting guess. But according to that table (in russian):

date 779 is ةعذ (ta-marbuta - 'ain - zhal)
Could you please ask Sainkhan from russian forum about this?

Thanks a lot, dear Vladimir! Seems, it is a mistake in my table - ta-marbuta instead of Ta. And my another mistake was in order of abjad cyphers. As a result, we got ذعط (zhal - 'ain - Ta) which is very close to word in last line on this coin! That's really exciting!
