20. Russell Wilson and Ciara
Russell Wilson, the Super Bowl-winning quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, only recently revealed that he's dating singer Ciara—who just released her sixth album, Jackie. Not everybody is happy about this. Wilson is recently divorced from his high school sweetheart, the woman who once followed him to three different colleges just to be with him. It's hard to feel good when a relationship with that kind of backstory goes sour.
But there are lots of reasons why Wilson and Ciara could last. One of their first (public) dates was the White House Correspondents Dinner. But more recently, he took her to meet sick kids at Seattle Children's Hospital, just to cheer them up. That's what these two call a date! How does that not melt your heart?
“All the amazing opportunities I’ve had on the field can’t compare to helping kids whose lives are on the line,” he told Us Weekly. “I’m humbled by the courage of the patients and families I meet and proud to witness the amazing work of the nurses and doctors who care for them.”

19. Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher
Ashton Kutcher can play the long game. Following his high profile marriage to and divorce from actress Demi Moore, Kutcher hooked up with Mila Kunis, his former co-star on That '70s Show. They finally got married after a long courtship, and are the proud parents of a baby girl, Wyatt.
Parenthood seems to suit Kutcher. “This may be a metaphor for my life,” Kutcher recently wrote on Facebook, accompanied by a photo of him carrying a “guitar, drone, wetsuit, baby chair, (and) script.” That’s the kind of upper-body workout you’ll only get from being a full-time dad/ movie star.
Or, if you’re looking for something a little more intensive—a program that pumps up your power while burning fat—try The Anarchy Workout. No guarantees that it’ll lead to a relationship with Mila Kunis, but it will torch calories and sizzle fat in 30 minutes.

18. Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo
Rock stars are more notorious for adhering to a strict regimen of psychoactive pharmaceuticals than a disciplined exercise routine. But the Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has a proficiency for all kinds of grueling yoga poses that he’s practiced for the past 5 years.
The ambitious singer, who your grandmother knows best as a judge on NBC's reality singing competition The Voice, says yoga actually taught him patience and restraint.
(We're not sure if the “restraint” he was talking about involved ejaculations. But if it was, he probably already knows about the 2 Yoga Poses for a Whole-Body Orgasm. Do you?)
Plus, it helps keep his body in the kind of shape that appeals to women like his wife, 24-year-old Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo.

17. Johnny Depp and Amber Heard
How can we not want a couple who met while shooting a movie based on a Hunter. S. Thompson novel—2011's The Rum Diary—to make it for the long haul? That's why we're ignoring all the internet gossip that these two are living “separate lives” or whatever.
Sure, the 23-year age gap between Johnny Depp, 51, and his new bride Amber Heard, 29—they got married last year on Depp's private island, because that's how he rolls—might come with a unique set of challenges. But as Ali Fedotowsky, our Girl Next Door, recently told us, it can work as long as you remember The Rules to Dating Someone Younger.)
Also, the dude’s got a private island. You know how you get a private island? You get yourself a copy of The Better Man Project, the new book from Men’s Health's Editor in Chief Bill Phillips. It's loaded with useful tips on getting more out of life, whether it's your career, your health, or becoming the kind of guy who has a private island where you marry somebody who was still a toddler back when you were banging Winona Ryder.

16. Shakira and Gerard Piqué
As a defender for powerhouse soccer teams F.C. Barcelona, Manchester United, and the Spanish national team, Gerard Pique has won two Champions League titles, four Spanish League titles, an English Premier League championship, and a World Cup since 2007.
His most impressive feat, however, was landing the sexy Colombian singer Shakira.
(How could you land a woman like Shakira? Well, a good place to start is with one of these 13 Insanely Easy Ways to Make People Like You.)
Pique revealed one surprising key to his continued success to Men's Health Spain: He and his teammates eat sushi after their games. “Our club doctors say that eating right after exercise helps you recover faster, and since we have games every two or three days, recovery is very important,” he says.

15. Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston
Theroux and Aniston have been engaged for almost three years and they're still not married. If you believe the tabloids, their relationship is either in trouble or Aniston is pregnant, or any other number of scenarios that are likely fiction.
Our recommendation: They can take as long as they want. They've got careers to focus on. In addition to roles in everything from American Psycho to Parks and Recreation, Theroux scripted Tropic Thunder and is reportedly working on Zoolander 2. As for Aniston, the We’re the Millers star—and one of the Hottest Woman of All Time—has an equally busy schedule.
Here's the main reason we're not worried about these two. When asked by Harper's Bazaar what she loves about Theroux, she said, “He's not an ass.”
Is there a better definition of true love?

14. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel
Justin Timberlake is the kind of guy who makes it all look easy: Crafting No. 1 pop hits, clowning around with Jimmy Fallon, being the kind of consistently great SNL host we haven't seen since Steve Martin, and recently getting cast as the lead in the new Spike Lee disco-era joint. (We cannot wait to see the 70’s hair on JT.)
His wife Jessica Biel, meanwhile, has consistently appeared to not age since her breakout role on 7th Heaven in the mid-1990s.
(You don't get a body like either of these two without putting in the hard work. Find out How to Get Single-Digit Body Fat. Fair warning: You'll have to train your ass off.)

13. Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard
Veronica Mars got punked. Dax Shepard was one of Ashton Kutcher’s original pranksters on Punk’d, and then he wound up marrying the cult high school sleuth (or at least the woman who portrayed her on TV.)
Bell admitted that her initial encounter with Shepard at a birthday dinner party was “not electric.” But they eventually fell for each other, and started dated in 2007. They married in 2013 at a Beverly Hills courthouse, which Bell told us cost a grand total of $142.

“He wanted to pick out my outfit,” Bell told us about their wedding day. “Which I thought was completely romantic. Guys aren't supposed to care about stuff like that. He also made me a playlist of all my favorite songs for the ride over to the courthouse. That, to me, was better than any big, fancy wedding.”

12. Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac
How does a journalist win the heart of a singular beauty like Scarlett Johansson, one of The 100 Hottest Women of All Time? It helps if he looks like Romain Dauriac.
The former editor of a French urban art magazine (he now runs a creative agency) reportedly met Johansson through a mutual tattoo artist. Despite the fact that Johansson is based out of Los Angeles and Dauriac lives in Paris, the pair made it work and got engaged less than a year after their first date.

11. Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves
McConaughey is coming off of a banner career year, winning an Oscar and co-starring in HBO’s critical darling, True Detective. He just finished working with Gus Van Sandt on the film Sea of Trees with Naomi Watts, out later this year. But his biggest role is as a devoted father to three kids—two sons and a daughter—and husband to Alves since 2012.

He met his Brazilian hottie model and designer at a bar in Los Angeles back in 2006. “At the time he had a really long beard, and he had this Rasta hat," she told Access Hollywood of their first encounter. “He was all covered up, and I didn't really realize who he was.”

10. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
Flying with kids is a nightmare. So if you're Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and have a big brood, including four adopted kids and a pair of twins, you can be forgiven for wanting to hire a private jet for your family travel plans.
But then we learned this: For a recent family vacation, the Pitts opted to fly coach. As in, the kind of seats you and I can afford. And according to witnesses, they weren't even pushy Hollywood dicks about it!
(Are you a fearful flyer? We asked pilots to explain When to Actually Worry During a Flight.)
But then again, there are rumors that they're thinking about plopping down $4.7 million for their own private island in Greece. So maybe they're not so frugal after all.
But whatever, they're rich and famous, and even after all these years, they're still easy on the eyes. They can do what they want.
Enjoy your economy-class tickets to your own island, Mr. and Mrs. P!

9. Charlize Theron and Sean Penn
Recently engaged Sean Penn and Charlize Theron share a serious involvement in third-world aid. In fact, the couple's first public appearance was at Penn's recent gala to raise money for Haitian earthquake victims, and Theron is a United Nations Messenger of Peace focusing on HIV prevention in Africa.
Will their relationship last? There's reason to be hopeful. They've both, on separate occasions, and completely unprompted, called the other “the love of my life.” Now if we can just get Sean in the next Mad Max sequel.

8. Curtis Stone and Lindsay Price
The couple are living proof that a blind date can work. Neither the dynamic chef nor his gorgeous wife, actress Lindsay Price wanted to go on the date. They both gave it a shot, and wound up falling hard for each other.
Married in 2013 they are the parents to two boys. The happy twosome try and give back whenever they can, proving their gratitude over and over. Chief among their charities is Feeding America.

7. Rory McIlroy and Erica Stoll
Rory McIlroy knows a lot about golf, and about being in shape. (In his May cover story, we learned all about The Fitness Secrets of Rory McIlroy.) But as we recently discovered, he's also pretty skilled at keeping his love life private.
Most of us thought Rory had been single since he cancelled wedding plans with Danish tennis player Caroline Wozniacki last year. But then he showed up at the Irish Open last month with his new girlfriend, Erica Stoll, a 29-year-old PGA employee from Florida. As it turns out, they've been dating for around six months, and met back in September 2012, where they became fast friends.
“I have met someone new,” he said in an interview with The Times. Which isn't entirely true. What he probably meant was, "I've been dating someone for awhile, but now I'm comfortable telling you about it. Can we get back to golf now?”
Although Erica doesn't play golf (at least not professionally), we hope this love story has a happy ending.

6. Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum
Channing—who’ll be revealing those well toned abs again this summer in Magic Mike XXL—and his wife Dewan—who recently starred in the steamy (and now cancelled) TV series Witches of East End—have been married since 2009. How have they kept the sizzle in their relationship when so many Hollywood couples fall apart?
Two words: Lap dances.
(Everybody loves a good fantasy, but don't be fooled by these 5 Things That Only Happen in Porn.)
You know how you should never take your work home with you? That rule doesn't apply if your work is taking off your clothes. Asked if he ever strips for his wife, Magic Mike-style, Tatum told Empire magazine, “Of course! She’s got a stripper for a husband and she’s not gonna take advantage of that?”

5. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds
“In brightest day, in blackest night”…I will meet my wife.
Blake and Ryan met on the set of the superhero movie Green Lantern in 2011. Now parents to a baby girl, the two have continued to grow their careers and relationship.
Blake was recently seen in The Age of Adeline with Harrison Ford. And Reynolds will be starring in two different movies in which a consciousness is implanted into another body, Criminal and Self/less. What’s that all about? After starring in the 2011 body switching comedy The Change-Up, you would think he’d be happy in his own skin.

4. Chris Pratt and Anna Faris
How did Pratt—who's starring this summer in the dino-rific action flick Jurassic World—win the heart of hottie Anna Faris? With porn mags.
Well, not exactly. When he first met her in 2007, on the set of their movie Take Me Home Tonight,, she was still married to Ben Indra, and Pratt just assumed that she was out of his league. So, as he explained to Esquire, he left porn magazines in full view in his home when she visited.
The fact that she didn't mind, and even went on to date and marry him (after her divorce, of course), means that Pratt probably found the perfect woman.
(Related: Can Taking Your Wife to the Porn Awards Actually Be Good for Your Marriage?)
Pratt has other ideas about why their relationship works. "We both got our start in horror spoofs,” he says. “We both made our careers playing guileless nitwits for laughs. We both have parents that have suffered with MS. The similarities go on and on.”

3. Beyoncé and Jay-Z
Why are they so high on our list? After all, neither of them have released an album of new material since 2013. Jay-Z's latest business venture, Tidal—a subscription-only streaming-music service—has been getting more criticism than buzz. Beyonce’s biggest announcement of late was to plug a vegan diet. And yet the world remains fascinated by this power couple.
When they post family photos on Instagram—her account has 35 million followers—it's shared with the same excitement as a new record. Beyoncé has just 8 tweets to her name, and yet she has 14 million followers, just waiting and hoping for one more tweet. That's what you call star power.
It may all seem to come effortlessly to them, but they’ve worked hard for every accomplishment, even their physiques. ‘I am not naturally the thinnest woman,” she told Good Morning America recently. "I have curves, I'm proud of my curves. I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works, that actually keeps the weight off has been difficult for me."
(Here's something that actually works: The Lean Muscle Diet. It'll help you lose weight without giving up the foods you love.)

2. Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whitely
Jason Statham is sort of the everyman action hero—if every guy was fit enough to perform all his own stunts and date a Victoria's Secret model. Statham, a reader favorite since he first appeared on our cover in 2005, once told us his secret to maintaining leading-man shape through his mid-40s is dining alone.
(For more ideas on dropping pounds, check out these 61 Easy Ways to Lose Weight.)
“I don’t eat with people, because there’s a tendency to get social and then to overeat,” he says.
Great idea, Jason. And the next time you want to dine alone, we’d be more than happy to take Rosie out for a dinner date. Just as friends, of course.

1. Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde
Before hooking up with former Saturday Night Live star Jason Sudeikis, Olivia Wilde was married for 8 years to an Italian prince. So how does a comedian from Kansas win out over actual blue-blooded royalty?
“He was so cool, so funny—I was such a fan of his and had always fancied his speed and his intelligence,” Wilde told Marie Clarie. (It probably doesn’t hurt that Sudeikis is a sharp dresser.)
Their son, Otis, was born in April of 2014. Why Otis? According to Jason, it was his wife’s idea. "She's been a fan of Otis Redding since she was a little girl," he says. "So she's been cool forever, obviously.”
