Top 5 Most Violent Games of 2014, According to Consumer Reports

Popular American reviews publication Consumer Reports has published a list of the "5 Most Violent Video Games of 2014," labeling them games that "should never come anywhere near your kids."

It appears, as you might expect, that Consumer Reports only looked at mainstream games. With that caveat out of the way, the five "most grievous offenders," according to Consumer Reports, are below.

1. Grand Theft Auto V
2. Watch Dogs
3. The Evil Within
4. Assassin's Creed Unity
5. Sunset Overdrive

Consumer Reports has also published a list of the "5 Top Video Games for Kids." These games are sure to sure to "put a smile on your little gamer's face," according to Consumer Reports.

2. Disney Infinity 2.0
3. Pokemon Alpha Sapphire/Omega Ruby
4. Super Smash Bros.
5. LittleBigPlanet 3
