Hello, uCoz community

I'm the administrator of an 1 month older site. It was working perfect until few days ago when some users have complain about the site. They were using Internet Explorer. On all other browsers the site was working perfect.

When I logged in as an administrator i could see the site was working perfect. But when I visualize as an user then I noticed the site was crushing down.

Last week I tried to change the design and I really don't know what it happened.
The main part of the site is basically a forum.
What happens when I open the site is that I can read first page I opened, then it gets crazy, the page goes up and down, the messages disappear and all other buttons get frozen. When I switched back as an administrator, the site has no problem.

Also the site works perfect on all other browsers.

the site is: ifumat-stop.ucoz.ro

Please help!

Thank you!

jaina, I can see and navigate your site 100% fine in all browsers. Could you have a few of your users screenshot the problems they are encountering or yourself screenshot the site when it's not working/displaying correctly. smile

Paradox, the site works fine on Internet Explorer until you enter in forum module. In forum, if you browse only the sections and the thread names, also it works perfect. The problems appear when you try to enter inside the threads pages and you want to view a message for example. You can read OK the page, then any other command you will try it, will not work anymore.

I checked myself again, right now, as a vizitor, and it's having the same problems. if I authenticate as an administrator then it's no problem.

jaina, I tested your website in IE, the only problem I have is that the links on thread pages are not working. The text doesn't disappear, the page doesn't go anywhere. What IE version do you (your users) use?

jaina, sorry for the delay. The problem is in the following option: "Use AJAX for post editing:" (in Control Panel -> Forum -> Module settings). The bug has been forwarded to the techs and will be fixed. Meanwhile you can just disable the option and the forum will be ok.

As I mentioned above, my website ifumat-stop.ucoz.ro now works on IE.
I have a question: on IE 8, when I browse the forum pages, down the page, on the left corner, it shows "Error on page"

Is it because of the bug we have discuss in previous messages, or it's something else?

Thank you!

jaina, I don't have IE 8 to test it (in IE 9 everything is ok), but I think that if the website is working correctly you can just ignore it. IE is not the best browser smile

micky5912, I don't see any problems in IE. Provide a screenshot of the error and the IE version you are using.
