Strange coin. Is more similar to imitation. But there can be it unknown to me a dynasty? The name below on the left image is similar on deformed al-Radi.
The strong oxidation around of a place of a puncture can be speaks about low test of metal or that the copper coin was covered with a rather thick layer of silver.

Vladimir Suchy:
It could be a amulet or jewellery item similar to #35157. And of course, it would be interesting to know at least a weight of it.

Comments by K.Khromov:
It is usual cast pendant, nothing unusual for the place of finding.
As I can see by scan - this is not silver but so named white bronze - typical alloy for pendants and ornamentations of 10-12th C. on the territory of Kiev Rus' and surrounding areas.

Comments by E.Goncharov:
Agree, cast imitation, lead-tin bronze.
