36 | We can see that best case scenario, where you're able to use your Q as often as possible and thus have the most ATK scaling, DEF still wins as a main stat on Sands. | ||||||||
37 | However, since neither ATK nor DEF fully scale Albedo's damage, Geo/Crit should easily win as main stats/ sub stats. | ||||||||
38 | Ideally, you should try to build DEF/GEO/CRIT as your main stats on Sands/Goblet/Circlet, prioritising Crit substats (As with almost every other DPS). | ||||||||
39 | Similarly, I'd avoid using an ATK% weapon on him since it only scales half his damage. Black Sword (Crit Rate) or Festering Desire (ER% + Skill buffs) are solid, accessible options. | ||||||||
40 | Technically DEF/GEO/DEF might be better for his skill damage, but then you end up sacrificing a lot of damage on his Q. If you don't want to use his Q since it might be a DPS loss compared to using your Main DPS, DEF/GEO/DEF is viable. | ||||||||
41 | It also should be noted that if you're running him with Venti/Sucrose, and can guarantee your Q always doing AoE damage, ATK/GEO/CRIT (Or just DEF/GEO/CRIT) might be the best option. | ||||||||
42 | Optimal artifact sets might depend on the team he's on. 4Archaic is solid, but it might not have much use if you're using him to support Ningguang. 60 | At a quick glance, Albedo does a surprisingly similar amount of damage. However, if you include Fischl's A4 passive and any reactions she creates, she ends up pulling ahead. | ||||||||
61 | She can also benefit from VV (Not included above) which should allow her to end up doing a lot more damage. | ||||||||
62 | Albedo however does AoE damage on his E, which should allow him to close the gap in fights where you can group enemies. | ||||||||
63 | I didn't include his Q damage since if you build DEF it ends up being relatively low - to the point it's not necessarily worth using (if you only get 2 shards per Q). | ||||||||
64 | As a Geo he'll also benefit in the new abyss floors, and still outclasses Fischl as a sub DPS for Ningguang. | ||||||||
65 | The new Geo Resonance should also increase his usefulness - If its released as initally described, I'll likely move him up to A+. | ||||||||
66 | It should be noted though that since they're on the same banner, and we've already gotten c0 Fischl for free, you'll probably have a constellations Fischl vs c0 Albedo. In this case I think Fischl just flat out wins, especially if she's c3/c6. |
