New owner...going crazy trying to figure out how to change the units from km/deg C/liters etc to miles/deg F/gallons. Seems like it should be a simple thing to do. The units need to be changed on the trip computer and also on the climate control settings (e.g. the left and right temperature settings). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for this. I was literally at a Lexus dealer yesterday and they were scratching their heads on this. Note that the instrument cluster already shows miles. Only issues are that the Trip Cimputer and climate are showing in metric units. Can you send me more details of how to accomplish each phase?

I was playing with the Nav system today and changing the language from English to French will give you kilometers on the touch-screen, but it doesn't change the trip/info display - you'll need to buy the parts for that as mapdv said.
This is excellent. What about switching temperature units in climate control? I ordered the part for the trip computer display. Slightly different part number for me since I have a 2009. I ordered 83240-60272

You can change the temperature readings on the climate screen by replacing the climate unit. His part number 88650-60B12 (Canada). You will need unit 88650-60763 (01.2006-08.2009)
Perhaps you can alter Your unit, solder resistor, because the american version unit it and undone.
Next, I'll tell you how to remake the unit from American (Fahrenheit) to Canadian (Celsius). And you yourself will decide that it is easier for you to buy a new one or try to change an existing one.
