General description_x000D_
Monoclonal Anti-Nectin-4/PVRL4 (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma R2.525.2 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with human nectin4-Fc recombinant protein. Nectin-4 belongs to the family of Nectins. It forms homo-cis-dimers and then homo- or hetero-trans-dimers through the extracellular region in a Ca2+-independent manner. Nectin-4 is expressed in placenta, ductal breast carcinoma and lung adenocarcinomas. It is one of the plasma membrane components of adherens junctions._x000D_
