Sunset Valley: An (empty) 3T2 Neighborhood Recreation

Here it is, the empty version of my 3t2 Sunset Valley (Grab the Populated Veresion HERE). It is a CC FREE neighborhood (on this wonderful terrain by Voleste) featuring the lots (without the Sims) you know and love (or don’t) from the Sims 3. It was made with all EPs and SPs and checked with Hoodchecker.

• You will definitely need a camera mod to see all of the lots. I personally have GunMod’s Camera Mod.
• Most lots will have inaccessible shrubs/flowers so I also recommend having Perfect Plants.
• Most lots have off-grid rugs, having zz_HL_RugFixesBin_ALL prevents them from looking weird.
• The photo below uses an awesome Sunset Valley skyline by @greatcheesecakepersona that really gives it an authentic Sunset Valley feel, as well as all of the recommended visual mods in that post.

The empty neighborhood features:

• 42 Residential lots
• 22 Empty lots
• 23 Community lots
